Classic Rigid Airship

5 hours rough Footage for documentary available.

Imagine an aircraft 180 metres long. When you have mentally put together 3 football pitches and put the idea aside as fantastic, now consider that it is capable of an endurance of weeks, has global reach and is in every sense environmentally friendly. This may sound incredible, but it has all been done before.
When Mr. Ian Alexander, the leading expert, launched the "Revival of Classic Rigid Airships" in 1996, many companies immediately became enthusiastic about the idea. This resulted in the registration of many hours rough footage about classic rigid airships, the founding of a new industry in The Netherlands, and coverage of the 2000 Airship Convention in Friedrichshafen/Germany. This footage also contains 5 blimps floating in a dance over Lake Bodensee.
